Однако, если вы хотите свить свое семейное гнездышко в известных местах рядом со стольным градом, то в этом случае нужно осозновать и быть готовым к тому, что такие варианты жилплощади существенно (иногда даже в несколько раз) выше по стоимости, чем их аналоги в другой местности. Усугубляет выбор и сказывается на стоимости также тот фактом, что в подобном районе массовая застройка уже не ведется в связи с отсутствием свободной земли для данной цели. Однако, наверное, самым большим недостатком любой квартиры (новостройка это или вторичное жилье) является наличие соседей. А если же вам хочется спокойствия и изолированности от ненужных звуков или взглядов, то нужно обратить свое внимание на дома. Единственное, что сам выбор таких коттеджных поселков, располагающихся в непосредственной близости со столицей, достаточно ограничен (особенно в предпочтительных направлениях). Однако, прекрасная природа и экология, сведет на нет данные недостатки.
