В последнее время становится все более популярно приобретать недвижимость загородом. И это не удивительно. В городе шумно, экология оставляет желать лучшего, да и личного пространства совсем мало. Поэтому иметь загородную недвижимость — это не просто прихоть, а больше необходимость. Возможность полноценного отдыха без суеты на свежем воздухе, здоровье подрастающий детишек, огромное жилое пространство или возможность постройки такого — вот что подразумевается под модным выражением «жить загородом». А так как сейчас в каждой семье обязательно есть машина, то добираться до работы или совершать при необходимости выезды в город не составляет труда.
Конечно, в связи с кризисом загородные дома, росшие как грибы после теплого дождя, уже возводятся не в таком огромном количестве. Но все, же смена городских квартир на дома в пригороде, не потеряло своей актуальности. И к тому же земля всегда являлась хорошим предметом инвестиций. Практически никогда не падая в цене (а скорее наоборот) она может стать твердым гарантом сохранения и приумножения накопленного вами капитала.
Какую загородную недвижимость лучше приобретать каждый решает для себя сам. Просто участок земли или вторичное жилье приобретаются исходя из личных возможностей и приоритетов. Выбирая загородную недвижимость, на окончательное решение этой покупки влияют разные факторы, таки как: удаленность от города, экологичности, особенности ландшафта, благоустройство территории, инфраструктура и цена. Общая совокупность всех этих данных определяет, насколько востребована и популярна, та или иная, недвижимость загородного сектора.
Допустим, если рассматривать районы возле Москвы, то по праву одним их самых престижных направлений являются заподное и северо — заподное направления. Там замечательная экология, так как в этой части Подмосковья практически нет промышленных предприятий. А смог из города не попадает из-за благоприятного направления розы ветров. Обилие лесных массивов, удобное транспортное сообщение с Москвой, благоустройство — все это рождает повышенный спрос среди покупателей загородной недвижимости.
И в противовес ему выступает юго-восточное направление. Это, пожалуй, самый дешевый район. В основном потому, что именно здесь находится промышленно — индустриальная зона. Да и дома, которые тут расположены, не отличаются роскошью, а иногда и добротностью. Так как живут здесь в основном люди с низкими заработками. Но плюсом этого направления можно считать низкую стоимость недвижимости. Кроме того, здесь есть очень красивые места с живописным ландшафтом.
Так что перед приобретением загородного дома, сначала стоит внимательно изучить рынок, взвесить все за и против и только потом принимать уже окончательное решение.
