Как правило, это семейные люди в возрасте от 35-40 лет, но есть и те, кто младше, холост и не имеет детей. Основная масса покупателей – мужчины, и это могут быть как москвичи, так и жители других регионов. Если рассматривать их по роду деятельности, то это, как правило, чиновники, банкиры, крупные предприниматели, люди, связанные с миром шоу-бизнеса и кинематографом. Жилье класса «люкс» приобретают те, кто ценит комфорт, уют, безопасность, обладают утонченным вкусом и чувством стиля.
Также стоит отметить, что некоторые покупают квартиры в дорогих жилых комплексах исключительно с целью инвестирования, а не для дальнейшего проживания, сами при этом могут иметь недвижимость и за рубежом. Инвестирование именно в этот сегмент рынка считается весьма перспективным, особенно если учесть, что стоимость одного квадратного метра постоянно увеличивается. Но все же основная масса покупателей приобретает дорогостоящие квартиры и дома для собственного проживания, а это значит, что они будут предъявлять более строгие требования к качеству строительных работ, дизайну, планировке, развитости инфраструктуры и т.д.
Таким образом, можно сделать вывод, что на такой тип жилья всегда найдется свой покупатель, несмотря на стоимость. Спрос на дорогие новостройки и загородные дома еще долго будет оставаться стабильно высоким.
