Арендатору, снявшему такую квартиру, остаётся надеяться только на добропорядочность хозяев. Права арендатора в этом случае никак не защищены.
Второй игрок – крупные агентства недвижимости. Как правило, посуточная аренда жилья для агентств по недвижимости не является основным их видом деятельности. Однако, в связи с резким увеличение спроса на данный вид услуг, сегодня всё большее количество риэлтерских компаний создаются исключительно как агентства предоставляющие краткосрочную аренду жилья.

При заключении договора аренды жилья с такой риэлтерской компанией, вы ограждаете себя от многих неприятностей и подводных камней, которые могут возникнуть если вы имеете дело с частным лицом, но и цена аренды у таких квартир в разы выше.
Третий игрок – индивидуальные предприниматели, организации малого и среднего бизнеса. Такие предприниматели сдают в аренду как собственные квартиры и дома, так и жилые помещения которые переданы им в распоряжение на правах доверительных лиц.
